When a post is created an e-mail is automatically sent out to ALL on e-mail
Any links to relevant areas will be displayed here
There are two document libraries available.
Notice Board – documents relating to the news posts
Policies – Lanes policies
Lists all the files in chronological order with latest first
Those with the ability to upload new documents have the option to do so.
Select Upload and Files – this will open an Explorer window for you to select the relevant file
Click the button and the following page is displayed – choose a theme to use
For this example we’ll use a blank page
Enter a title and contents
You can turn off comments at the bottom of the page
Then, once you are happy with the post – click the Post news button
Refresh the main page and the news item is there
At the same time an e-mail is generated and sent out
