How to - Book and Cancel a Pool Car (Jakemans)
1. Open Outlook
2. Click Calendar icon
3. Click New Appointment
4. Click Scheduling Assistant
6. Under the Address Book drop-down menu, click All Equipment.
7. Click to highlight the car you require.
8. Click Resources to add the car.
10. Choose the Start date/time and End date/time
11. Review the planned booking and time window to ensure there are no conflicts in your
calendar or the Pool Car booking calendar.
12. Click Appointment or Meeting and enter a relevant Subject and any pertinent information in the
message box.
13. When finished click Send.
14. This booking will then be reviewed and accepted or rejected by the calendar delegates. You
will receive an email upon approval, rejection or cancellation.
2. Go to the appointment and double-click to open it.
3. Click Cancel Meeting.
4. Click Send Cancellation
5. The Meeting will then be removed from your calendar. A notification email will be received by the calendar delegates and the booking will automatically be removed from the Pool Car Calendar.
